Simon Jackson (Non-Executive Chairman)

Mr Jackson is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in management of resource companies, particularly in Africa. Mr Jackson was a senior member of the management team of TSX listed Red Back Mining Inc., a company that financed, developed and operated two gold mines in West Africa culminating in a takeover by Kinross Gold Corp in 2010 that valued Red Back at CAD$9.3 billion. He was then founding President & CEO and later Chairman of TSXV listed Orca Gold Inc, a company which discovered the Block 14 gold project in Sudan and is being acquired by Perseus Mining. Mr Jackson is currently Non-executive Chairman of TSXV/ASX listed Sarama Resources Limited, a Non-executive Director of ASX/LSE listed Resolute Mining Limited and has been a director of multiple ASX and TSX listed companies.
Andrew Pardey (Managing Director)
Andrew Pardey is a geologist with more than 30 years’ experience covering exploration, project development, construction and operation. Mr Pardey served as the CEO of the $2 billion LSE/TSX-listed Centamin plc, which owns the major (450koz pa) Sukari Gold Mine in Egypt. Mr Pardey was a major driving force in bringing Sukari into production, having joined during the transition of the operation from construction into production. Mr Pardey also held senior management roles at the Anglogold-Ashanti Siguiri Mine and Nordgold Lefa Mine, both of which are located within Guinea’s Siguiri Basin, which also hosts Predictive’s Bankan Project.
Paul Roberts (Technical Director)

Paul Roberts has had a long and successful history in mineral exploration management and mine geology in Australia, West Africa and Peru where he has been associated with a number of discoveries including the Henty gold deposit in Tasmania, and more recently the Bongou gold deposit in Burkina Faso. He has been the CEO of PDI since its inception in 2007. He is the architect of PDI’s business model and is responsible for assembling PDI’s project portfolio and West African team.
Steven Michael (Non-Executive Director)

Currently Managing Director at FTI Consulting, Mr Michael has over 25 years of professional and corporate experience at global finance leaders Rothschild, Macquarie Bank and RBC Capital Markets, working in financial advisory and investment banking. More recently Steven has held executive roles within ASX-listed exploration companies with international assets.

Barry Murphy (Chief Geologist)
B.A, Hons, Ph.D
Geoscientist with expertise in structural geology, geophysics, remote sensing and GIS analysis. Significant base and precious-metal exploration experience in Australia, West Africa, Sudan, DRC, South America, Indonesia and Europe. Has worked in with Predictive Discovery from day one including the Bongou discovery,
Aimé Nganare (Principal Geologist)
MSc, MBA
Aime joined PDI in September 2017 as Consultant Geologist and has since become the Company’s Principal Geologist in West Africa, where he covers projects across the region. He holds an MSc in Minerals Geoscience from James Cook University and an MBA from the University of Canberra, in Australia. Aime has over 18 years of experience in orogenic gold exploration in Central and West Africa, including his role as General Manager of the Geological Survey of the Central African Republic (CAR) from 2009 to 2012.He was a member of the AXMIN team which discovered the Passendro Gold Deposit in CAR.
Ian Hobson (Company Secretary)
B.Bus FCA ACIS MAICD
Ian is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Company Secretary with over 30 years governance and accounting experience in the resources industry across a broad spectrum of participants. Ian provides company secretarial and CFO services to a number of ASX listed entities. Ian’s professional experience was substantially with PricewaterhouseCoopers before commencing as a governance professional.
