Senior Management

	Lisa Norden (Company Secretary and CFO) Lisa Norden is a CPA with 20 years experience in a range of industries including mineral exploration, information technology and research. From October 2001 to September 2008, Lisa was Business Manager of the pmd*CRC. Lisa is currently Company Secretary for several companies, a Director of Auscope Limited and a Business Manager for a Cooperative Research Centre.
	Dr Barry Murphy (Chief Geologist) Dr Barry Murphy has had a highly successful career in mineral exploration, consulting and research. He brings wide experience in structural geology consulting, mineral exploration management, overseas project generation studies (e.g. India and Ireland) and mineral system research for the pmdCRC. At present, he divides his time between working with PD and his own mineral exploration interests in Ireland, where he is exploring a tract of highly prospective zinc targets using advanced technical approaches derived from the pmdCRC.
	Brian Gibson (Business Development Consultant) Brian Gibson, was formerly the global Business Development Manager for BHP Billiton Exploration. Trained initially as a geologist, he has substantial international commercial experience in the mining industry. In his time with the Billiton and BHP Billiton Groups, Brian developed a vast network of industry contacts mainly through the leading role he played in those companies’ many investments into the junior company sector.
